Staging is from 8 am to 9.30 am. Judging begins at 9.45 am. The Show Hall is open from 12 noon to 4 pm but Plant Sales open earlier, at 10 am. Here is the Show Schedule for 2019:  Admission is £3 (AGS Members free). The following Commercial Stalls will be present: Timpany Nurseries, Peninsula Primulas, Two Lions, Mount Venus Nursery. Refreshments are available all day. Also, Greenmount Walled Garden will be open for viewing.

The venue for the Ulster Group Show will be: St Brides Parish Hall, 36 - 38 Derryvolgie Avenue, Belfast BT9 6FP (The usual location, Greenmount College, is not available.)
